Susan Dobkins joined The Russell Family Foundation in May of 2008. Susan serves as the Foundation’s Program Officer and manages various aspects of the foundation’s regional leadership development work and is focused on building relationships with partners and the northwest community. Her portfolio includes responsibility for the Jane’s Fund Team and Jane’s Fellowship Program, amongst other efforts. Susan brings over 20 years of community organizing experience from work as a social justice director of a local church, supporting immigrant farm workers, and documenting human rights abuses against civilians in the war zone in Nicaragua in the 1980s. She was a former Jane’s fellow.
