Roxanne Stachowski serves as RFF’s deputy director, working across the foundation’s program areas to further institutional goals and priorities. She has worked at RFF since 2011, initially focused on the Economic Justice for Women program area. She served previously as global policy associate for the International Center for Research on Women (ICRW), and worked for other organizations focused on professional and leadership development for girls and women in the United States.
