Peter Kim

Peter Kim is a partner in The Bridgespan Group’s San Francisco office and our chief learning and innovation officer. In this role, he leads Bridgespan’s efforts to advance its consulting capabilities, identify and learn from insights emerging from strategy consulting engagements, and invest in internal capabilities to strengthen Bridgespan’s ability to meet the needs of social sector leaders. Peter also co-leads Bridgespan’s racial equity strategy, with a focus on integrating racial equity more fully into our approach to serving clients.
