Naomi Polin recently joined the TCC Group from the Open Society Foundations where she managed strategic planning, learning and assessment, grant making, and communications activities for the International Migration Initiative. With a background in international development, social justice, and philanthropy, Naomi brings over a decade of experience in non-profit organizations and foundations working across the public and private sectors. Her work has centered on program design, planning, analysis, and evaluation of grant portfolios.
Prior to OSF, Naomi served as Foreign Policy Associate at the Clinton Foundation, where she wrote policy briefings for Foundation chairman and former President Bill Clinton. She also advised and provided strategic guidance to the Clinton Global Initiative, Clinton Climate Initiative, HIV/AIDS Initiative, and the Foundation’s economic development programs in sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America.
In addition to her foundation experience, Naomi has worked in the areas of microfinance with Accion International, social entrepreneurship with Tufts University’s Institute for Global Leadership, and refugee resettlement in Atlanta, Georgia, with the International Rescue Committee. Naomi is a graduate of Emory University and The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
