Lydia Clements is a philanthropic advisor focused on advancing community efforts for the betterment of all. She has experience in providing strategic grantmaking and management for families, organizations, and funder collaboratives. Her work focuses on facilitating partnerships that blend funding, leadership, and knowledge. Currently, she divides her time between Hawaii, where she serves as Vice President of Foundation and Corporate Partnerships with Hawaii Community Foundation, and Georgia, where she supports her parents who are determined to “age in place” and is active with the Georgia Grantmakers Alliance.
