Jennifer Teunon is the executive director for the Medina Foundation, a family foundation based in Seattle, Washington. She has worked in the nonprofit sector for over twenty years. Before becoming Medina’s executive director, Jennifer was a partner at Luma Consulting, a firm that specializes in helping nonprofit and philanthropic organizations with strategic planning, implementing new programs, and managing leadership transitions. Jennifer has volunteered with the Washington Women’s Foundation, Thrive Washington, the Northwest Children’s Fund, United Way of King County, the Crisis Clinic, and Express Advantage, the charitable arm of Express Credit Union, King County’s first low-income credit union.
