Heather Koopman is the Director of the Byrne Family Foundation Trust, whose mission is to champion children’s educational growth in Dallas, Texas, and Park City, Utah. She is responsible for day-to-day strategy and operation, including managing grant application rounds, supporting nonprofit partners throughout their grant term, and ensuring responsible stewardship of charitable funds. She works closely with the trustees in fulfilling the Foundation’s grantmaking objectives by identifying suitable grantees and implementing effective grantmaking strategies.
Prior to her role with the Byrne Family Foundation Trust, Heather’s career spanned over twenty years working in public relations and marketing. Heather currently serves as the co-chair of the board of the Park City Education Foundation and is on the board of the Park City Community Foundation. Heather is a graduate of Ithaca College, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Television/Radio with a minor in Advertising/Public Relations.
