Director, The Allstate Foundation and Social Impact

Greg Weatherford II is the Managing Director of The Allstate Foundation & Social Impact. In this role, he oversees the Foundation’s social impact areas, including relationship abuse, youth empowerment and nonprofit capacity building. Prior to this role, he built the Foundation’s youth empowerment strategy to empower youth to serve and improve communities.

Greg’s career began at age 12 when he started his first nonprofit to provide youth the knowledge and resources to create their own service-learning projects. At 18, he was recruited by a Fortune 100 company to lead an annual $5 million philanthropic initiative. He also created a sports and enrichment programming company to provide thousands of families with affordable summer camps nationally.
