Enette Pauzé

Enette Pauzé, PhD, is the CEO of the Level 8 Leadership Institute, an organization dedicated to inspiring world leaders who leave global legacies. She grew up in a family business (G3), and combining her expertise in leadership, business partnerships and family enterprise, she serves as a private family facilitator and business advisor.  She completed her PhD at the University of Toronto, specializing in organizational partnerships. Enette is a member of the Global Speakers Federation, the Canadian Association of Family Enterprise, the Purposeful Planning Institute, and is a completing her Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA) designation with the Institute of Family Enterprise Advisors.
