Caryn joined The Clowes Fund in August 2021 as Massachusetts-based Program Assistant. She earned a Masters of Science in Finance from Boston College, Carroll School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business/Management from Villanova University. Although her education and early career were in finance and investments, Caryn followed her heart into the nonprofit arena eight years ago, bridging corporate and local nonprofit organizations through volunteer experiences. Prior to joining The Clowes Fund, Caryn served as the Director of Partner Engagement and Operations at Building Impact. She also serves as an instructor at the Foundation for Metrowest, teaching Youth in Philanthropy, a high school youth leadership development course.
Outside of the office, Caryn serves on the Needham Education Fund Board and works passionately with Community Servings’ Pie In the Sky annual fundraiser. During her free time, she enjoys reading, skiing and spending time with her boys.
