Bernadette Wright is founder of Meaningful Evidence, where she helps nonprofit organizations to use research and program evaluation to plan effective strategies and demonstrate their impact. For two decades, Bernadette has managed and conducted research for nonprofit, government, and business organizations in health care, human services, interracial dialogue, and education. She is currently coauthoring a book on research techniques for solving complex problems, with SAGE Publications. Bernadette also frequently delivers workshops and presentations on evaluation techniques, such as a special program at the Foundation Center DC and workshops at the 2018 Summer Evaluation Institute in Atlanta. Bernadette is an active member of the American Evaluation Association. She earned her PhD in Public Policy/Program Evaluation from the University of Maryland in 2002.
