Allison Ross currently heads the Talent Acquisition function for Kendo Brands in San Francisco, a rapidly growing beauty brand incubator. Her extensive Recruiting and Human Resources experience has focused on searches for corporate and start-up companies, primarily consumer-based organizations such as Bare Minerals, Levi Strauss and Charles Schwab. For over 20 years Allison has recruited talent from senior executives to college interns. For the last 12 years, Allison has been a Director with her family’s foundation. She has also served on the Board of the Bay Area Discovery Museum, volunteered with multiple schools, and is currently Chair of the Career Conversations program for Redwood High School in Marin County, CA.
